In partnership with Edison International the Center for Nonprofit Management (CNM) will offer a comprehensive five-session Organizational Leadership Development Program. Tailored to empower BIPOC led and/or serving Inland Empire nonprofit organizations and their leaders, this initiative will elevate organizational missions and nurture leadership skills and talents.

The objective is clear: equip participants with the tools and strategies essential for bolstering the Inland Empire’s vibrant nonprofit sector.

Recognizing the challenges facing emerging leaders, this is a distinctive opportunity to acquire new skills, cultivate a supportive peer network, and collaborate on shared objectives alongside fellow local nonprofit leaders. Geared towards BIPOC-led and/or serving nonprofit organization leaders, this program is a gateway to enhancing management and leadership prowess, broadening professional networks, and collectively addressing community needs. With a focus on collective impact, participants will collaborate to tackle some of the Inland Empire’s most pressing community issues.

Given the intimate nature of this cohort-based approach, space is limited. Secure your spot today and embark on this transformative journey of organizational growth, leadership development, and community empowerment.
