This program is designed specifically for new and emerging nonprofit managers who are ready to deepen their leadership practice in community with peers at a similar stage of their journey. \nThe certificate serves nonprofit professionals across various mid-leadership and management roles who are navigating the realities of today’s nonprofit workforce. Whether you’ve recently stepped into your first management role or are a few years in and looking to sharpen your approach\, this cohort meets you where you are and builds from there. \nOur teaching model centers peer learning\, real world application and a collective sense-making; participants will move beyond traditional management frameworks to develop new and transformational approaches to systems change at work. Participants will also apply their learning through a culminating organization or community improvement project that speaks to the current real systems-level challenges. Throughout the program\, you’ll identify a meaningful challenge within your organization or community that requires more than technical fixes\, but something that calls for shifts in relationships\, power dynamics\, mental models\, or structural conditions. \n\n  \nIntended Program Audience:\nThis cohort is designed for nonprofit emerging leaders or mid-level managers (within first five years of managing people\, programs\, or projects). \nTo learn more contact Patricia Navarro\, Senior Learning Manager\, at pnavarro@cnmsocal.org
