This program is designed specifically for new and emerging nonprofit managers who are ready to deepen their leadership practice in community with peers at a similar stage of their journey. \nThe certificate serves nonprofit professionals across various mid-leadership and management roles who are navigating the realities of today’s nonprofit workforce. Whether you’ve recently stepped into your first management role or are a few years in and looking to sharpen your approach\, this cohort meets you where you are and builds from there. \nOur teaching model centers peer learning\, real world application and a collective sense-making; participants will move beyond traditional management frameworks to develop new and transformational approaches to systems change at work. Participants will also apply their learning through a culminating organization or community improvement project that speaks to the current real systems-level challenges.
