About this event
You can’t do it all yourself, but how do you quickly build your team’s leadership, innovation, and autonomy skills? Using a coaching approach will develop your team’s muscles around taking responsibility, thinking creatively, and being resourceful. They will gain confidence in their abilities to achieve and, in turn, you will have a happier, more engaged, and enthusiastic team — allowing you to take on more interesting and higher-level tasks and projects! It’s a win for everyone.
You will start practicing coaching methods right away and will be challenged to play a very different role than what you are accustomed to or comfortable with. During this training, you will examine your own communications practices and listening skills, your openness to trusting others, and your ability to create a positive environment for coaching and learning.
By bringing more people from your organization to support one-another’s learning, you can ensure that coaching methods will be incorporated into your organization.
