This interactive 12-hour certificate program, facilitated by experienced HR professionals, will provide participants with deep insight into all major aspects of human resources, including onboarding, compensation, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance and talent acquisition.
Understanding of:
- Increased human resources skills can lead to higher performance levels for HR professionals and improved effectiveness of nonprofit leaders.
- Enhanced knowledge of human resources laws and regulationsto prevent potential litigation and udit issues.
Participants must attend both sessions.

Certificate Program:
This 2-session certificate program consists of two 6-hour sessions with presentations, group discussions, and group activities. This is an opportunity to do a deep dive into nonprofit human resources fundamentals and leave with the tools that you can put into practice immediately.
