Strengthening Organizations and People

CNM partners with organizations to uplift their staff, leadership, and board to help them achieve their goals and fulfill their mission.

We help our clients achieve greater impact by investing in their people, building their teams, and helping them arrive at a shared vision that moves their mission forward.

Together We Can Achieve

We bolster our clients’ work through capacity strengthening, coaching, training, workshops, and consultations that are customized for organizations, cohorts, or CNM’s broader network. Our clients and participants are often managing basic organizational needs while simultaneously being called to engage more deeply in advocacy and systems change work. Our offerings are responsive to the pressing needs of organizations, which we identify through our unique vantage point as a leader, advocate, and direct partner to the nonprofit sector.
