Victor is a results-driven human resources executive and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience across nonprofit and private sectors. He brings deep expertise in employee relations, leadership development, and strategic HR initiatives, with a focus on strengthening organizational culture and performance.
He has designed and led scalable training programs that support staff growth, strengthen management practices, and address complex workplace dynamics. His experience includes labor negotiations, dispute resolution, and advancing equity-informed HR strategies.
Victor works closely with boards, executive teams, and community-based organizations to build HR infrastructure, develop compensation strategies, and support long-term talent retention. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
