Jennifer Banks, FCA (she/hers)- Director, Your Part-Time Controller (YPTC), LLC
With over 15 years of nonprofit, private, and public sector accounting experience gained through her work in both the United States and England, Jennifer partners with nonprofit leaders, boards, and finance teams to strengthen financial foundations, improve clarity, and support informed decision‑making.
Prior to joining YPTC, Jennifer worked at Deloitte as an Assistant Manager in the Charities and Entrepreneurial Business Team. She has held nonprofit finance leadership roles in both England and Southern California and is an active fellowship member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). Now based in Southern California, Jennifer is passionate about working with the region’s diverse nonprofit community.
Jennifer regularly shares her perspective through YPTC national webinars, as a guest on The Nonprofit Show, and through training and sector convenings. She enjoys collaborating with colleagues across the nonprofit ecosystem to advance strong governance, financial stewardship, and sustainable mission impact.
