About This Event:

Join us online for a comprehensive virtual information session delving into the details of our two upcoming Nonprofit Management Certificate Program cohorts. The first one set to kick off at the end of August and the other one at the beginning of SeptemberPlease note that attending the information session is optional and not a requirement to apply for participation in the cohort program.

This information session will be recorded and provided to all who register to attend.

Overview:

Designed as a cohort-program based learning experience, this 45+ hour program builds leadership capacity nonprofit professionals need to navigate the complex challenges facing the sector, from unprecedented burnout and funding instability to increasing demands on workforce transformation. This cohort is designed specifically for new and emerging nonprofit managers who are ready to deepen their leadership practice in community with peers at a similar stage of their journey.

The program serves nonprofit professionals across various mid-leadership and management roles who are navigating the realities of today’s nonprofit workforce. Whether you’ve recently stepped into your first management role or are a few years in and looking to sharpen your approach, this cohort meets you where you are and builds from there.

Our teaching model centers peer learning, real world application and a collective sense-making; participants will move beyond traditional management frameworks to develop new and transformational approaches to systems change at work. Participants will also apply their learning through a culminating organization or community improvement project that speaks to the current real systems-level challenges. Throughout the program, you’ll identify a meaningful challenge within your organization or community that requires more than technical fixes, but something that calls for shifts in relationships, power dynamics, mental models, or structural conditions.
