The State of the Nonprofit Workplace Survey (SNW) is a sector-wide workforce and compensation study designed to better understand the experiences of nonprofit organizations and employees. This tool helps nonprofit leaders and supports engage in better workforce planning and retention strategies and gives nonprofit leaders and funders data to make informed decisions that sustain a healthy nonprofit workforce.
