Senior Project Manager, Transportation Electrification – Southern California Edison
CNM Board Member
Extreme weather and pandemic impacts over the past few years have shown us just how interconnected we all are. For many years, I served as Senior Advisor in Corporate Philanthropy at Edison International, one of the largest philanthropic corporate contributors in Southern California. During this time, I was fortunate to work with our nonprofit partners and address many of the challenges facing our communities. This unique role allowed our philanthropy team to identify gaps and create opportunities to make a real difference by increasing our time, energy, and investment towards historically underserved communities. As a result, I had the pleasure of working with more than 600 community-based organizations throughout our service area and saw first-hand the tremendous work and results nonprofits make on a daily basis in these communities. Given the issues we are seeking to address, local nonprofit organizations are an essential partner in reaching the neighborhoods that need it the most. As a CNM board member, I am constantly reminded — especially as more of our consulting clients form strategic alliances and partnerships — that we get more done by sharing the load and working together.
As your own organization explores alliances and partnerships, CNM can offer guidance.
