Optimized for the virtual environment, this ½ day seminar will consist of presentations, group discussions, breakout group sessions, polls and short breaks. This is an opportunity to do a deep dive on a new topic and leave with tools that you can put in to practice immediately.
Instructor:
Raymond Diaz – Strategist, CNM
Raymond has 10 years of experience in nonprofit strategy, program development, and community engagement. Throughout his career, he honed his aptitude for community engagement and project management by working with various coalitions at the city, county, and state-level, managing teams, organizing events, and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders. At CNM, Raymond supports clients in designing and implementing evaluation and research, capacity building, and learning. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
