Baie Netzer – Managing Director & Senior Investment Strategist, Bank of America Private Bank

Baie serves as an investment thought leader by presenting the national Chief Investment Office’s current market outlook and investment strategy to high-net-worth clients across the West division. In this role, she works with clients’ dedicated advisors and portfolio managers to ensure that top of the house macroeconomic, thematic and tactical portfolio strategy align with clients’ specific objectives and customized investment solutions. Baie has been in the financial services industry for more than 20 years, having begun her career as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York. Prior to joining Bank of America, Baie led the Northern California investment professionals team managing portfolios for high and ultra-high net worth clients at Wells Fargo Private Bank.

William Jarvis, Managing Director, Philanthropic Executive, Bank of America 

Bill heads strategic thought leadership for institutional and private nonprofit organizations in Bank of America’s Endowment and Foundation Group. An authority on investment policy and governance for endowed nonprofit organizations, he brings 39 years of experience to this role. Bill is the Managing Editor of the Bank of America Study of Philanthropy, author of numerous white papers on investment policy and endowment governance and advises the Bank’s nonprofit clients. Before joining Bank of America in 2017, he served as the Executive Director of the Commonfund Institute where he edited many of the leading studies on endowment investment and governance.
