SANDRA J. HILL-GLOVER, a Senior Strategist for CNM, brings her passion, talents, and skills to support organizations build their capacity to uplift communities that have been historically marginalized and underserved. Sandra centers her work on organizational growth and development with a focus on assessment, asset mapping, change management, board and staff development, and strategic planning. As a trained social worker, Sandra is proud to have developed innovative and sustainable programs and services supporting diverse communities including Black and Latinx transitional age youth; families and children who were unhoused; and new mothers and their babies regarding their health and wellness needs. In 2020, at the advent of a global pandemic, Sandra’s commitment to sharing her knowledge and wisdom in human-centered services prompted her to create ImpactHill, a consulting firm dedicated to helping nonprofit, governmental, higher education, and community-based entities enhance their service delivery capacity.
Sandra’s background in social work education as an Associate Dean and Professor allows her to apply her expansive conceptual and theoretical knowledge to her consulting and training practices with organizations. Her values of social justice, cultural humility, and service inform her authentically inclusive, collaborative, and relational approaches. With a strengths-based perspective, Sandra leverages the vast assets of communities and organizations to help them maximize their resources, engagement practices, and positive impact.
As a self-proclaimed lifelong learner, Sandra received her Doctorate in Educational and Transformational Leadership at University of New England, Master of Social Work degree at Clark Atlanta University, and Bachelor of Arts in the Social Sciences with an emphasis on African American Studies and Economics at University of California, Berkeley.
Sandra resides in Los Angeles, California with her husband, teenage daughter, and rescue doggie and has an adult daughter who lives in Northern California.
