VP of Research & Social Impact

Eric leads CNM’s research and social impact efforts, focusing on the nonprofit sector’s impact on communities and the economy in Southern California. He oversees evaluation and technical assistance for community projects, bringing more than 20 years of experience in applied social science research, technical assistance, and community project development. At CNM, Eric has directed several research and capacity-building projects, identifying insights and opportunities that inform decisions and support both organizational and systemic improvement. His work is guided by a commitment to equitable evaluation, sustainability, and data-driven storytelling.

Before CNM, Eric consulted on community research and development, contributing to a number of public/nonprofit partnerships and securing significant funding for program expansion and with key roles in education and health projects at RAND Corporation and UCLA. Eric holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Southern California.
